3STEP SPORTS TO OPERATE NEW ENGLAND BASEBALL COMPLEX

WILMINGTON, Mass., Oct. 5, 2021 – 3STEP Sports, the nation’s largest youth sports club and event operator, announced that it will take over all operations of the New England Baseball Complex (NEBC) in Northborough, Mass.

NEBC’s baseball fields are regulation size for Major League Baseball, high school and college. They also can be converted to smaller field for Little League or other youth baseball 12 and under. NEBC also has the capabilities to use their fields for fastpitch, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey and additional sports.

The 30-acre complex hosts several conference and tournaments for youth and college-level teams throughout the year. With three playing fields, dugouts and a concession stand, the facility is fully equipped.

“3STEP’s depth of brands and strong footing in the baseball world makes them an ideal operator to further elevate NEBC as a destination and for all the events that are run out of it,” said New England Baseball Enterprise CEO Jason Kosow. “We couldn’t have picked a better partner.”

The 3STEP reach spans 40+ states and serves more than 2.5 million athletes across eight sports through industry-leading events, nationally spanning club programs, premier media content and more. The mission of 3STEP is to be the standard of the youth sports experience and create consistency in the industry.

“NEBC is a top-flight facility with all the amenities needed to run a first-class event or league,” said 3STEP Founder and CEO David Geaslen. “We’re excited to add it to our portfolio and build off of a strong foundation.”
