This role is full-time in-person at the company’s headquarters in Wilmington MA

3STEP Sports is seeking an Administrative Assistant to organize, coordinate and execute a variety of duties supporting two Senior Level Executives.

A successful candidate should possess masterful attention to detail while multitasking within shifting needs. Strong ability to collaborate and work well with all office constituencies and diverse personalities is key. Understand that no task is too big or too small to make an impactful difference in the day of our busy Executives. Willingness to work hard and be resourceful with a can-do attitude. Ability to manage sensitive information in a mature and professional manner required. Responsibilities will vary daily between Execs.

Job Responsibilities for both Executives will include:

  • Provide all daily administrative support including scheduling, email communications, scanning, filing, obtaining signatures, etc.
  • Manage meeting schedules
  • Book and manage travel as needed
  • Set up meetings internally and externally
  • Create agendas and itineraries
  • Communicate and collaborate with all 3Step departments
  • Collaborate with the Office Coordinator as needed
  • Maintain and develop filing systems tailored to individual needs
  • Assist with expense reporting
  • Assist in creating and preparing a variety of documents including but not limited to presentations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide back up to Office Coordinator/front desk needs

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced corporate business preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
  • Experience with a plus
