We are looking for an innovative, curious and self-motivated individual to join our marketing team in a design role. The Junior Designer’s main responsibilities entail a balanced blend of design principles, creative thinking and the art of digital creation. This role requires tactical knowledge and active communication with fellow teammates and project managers to best promote our brands, extend their visibility and nurture every micro-moment along the digital consumer journey.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Digital design executions for web, email and social
  • Resizing prior design dimensions to fit deliverable specs
  • Recreating/adapting work for multiple marketing tactics
  • Update and maintain websites with imagery and copy
  • Observe and participate in ongoing web, industry, and competitor research and trends.
  • Assist on internal projects for other supporting groups (ex. Apparel or Sponsorship)
  • Support key events and promotions (occasional travel may be required)
  • Participate in social media capture & posting for our brands


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Sports experience preferred
  • Good communication skills (written/verbal/presentation)
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving
  • Proactive, approachable, able to inspire confidence and enthusiasm
  • Proficient Adobe CC and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
  • Self-starter who is organized, efficient, assertive with impeccable time management skills
  • Works well under pressure
