The Manager, 3STEP Lacrosse Sales reports to the Director, 3STEP Lacrosse Sales at 3STEP Sports and Director, 3D New England Lacrosse and is essential in driving the growth of our business. This position will work cross functionally with the Events and Marketing Departments to drive registration at our national and local NE tournaments and showcases.


  • Ability to sell, staff, and execute events and showcases from start to finish; Familiarity with running events preferred
  • Prospect, initiate, own, manage, and strategize sales to club teams, coaches, and individuals
  • Achieve aggressive growth goals
  • Establish cold call, email, social media, and networking campaigns in conjunction with internal marketing
  • Identify, explore, and research new sales opportunities and partnerships
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales reports
  • Work in lockstep with the various lacrosse brands to ensure “one voice” for all sales and service processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with other internal departments/brands/sports to ensure that organizational goals are met and develop external opportunities
  • Understand and articulate our advantage in the marketplace
  • Have complete understanding of our products & services



  • 2-4 Years Business Development and Sales experience
  • Goal Oriented, History of Quota Achievement
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Active listener who is solutions oriented
  • Experience in objection handling and deal negotiation
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally and externally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point and CRM product
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Authenticity in sport is a bonus
