Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day marketing efforts by performing multiple

operational tasks. The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator are but not limited

to the following: brand website management, campaign planning and strategy, campaign

reporting, and project management. Additional tasks may include graphic design, social media,

email marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidate has excellent time management

skills and is a well-rounded marketing professional.


Essential Functions

  • Manage brand websites including copywriting, landing page creation, link management, SEO, and creative.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining marketing calendars based on the needs and goals of each brand.
  • Work with the internal marketing team and oversee the requested deliverables.
  • Create weekly and monthly marketing performance reports sharing findings, trends, and actionable insights with the marketing and sales team.
  • Assist and support the social and email marketing team.
  • Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
  • Data management – assist the email marketing team in list creation and segmentation.
  • On-site social media support at 3Step Lacrosse events.
  • Content creation – assist the social media team in basic content creation including short-form video, graphic design, photo editing, messaging, and more.
  • Own and build out our photo and video library.
  • Create blog content, including pre and post-event recaps.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office setting as well as at outdoor sporting events. You must

be able to stand, kneel, or bend for an extended period of time. Lift up to 25 pounds. This role

routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and camera



Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work

This a full-time, exempt position the hours of work are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or other related field


  • Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience.
  • Well-rounded knowledge in all areas of marketing, including social media, email, content

creation, analytics, creative, copywriting, and more.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, etc…) or other

graphic design software.

  • Data analytics and management.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple different projects at once.

Preferred Experience

  • Sports photography and/or videography
  • Graphic design
  • Strong design eye; ability to identify graphic design trends within the industry
  • Lacrosse background
