Operations Assistant, Swarm Club Basketball

Swarm Basketball is seeking an Operations Assistant, Swarm Club Basketball who will be a key partner on our Operations team and will report to the Director of Club Basketball Operations. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual responsible for managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.


Job Duties:

  • Manage various social media platforms
  • Track follower data and growth on Google Doc for all programs
  • Encourage growth on every social media platform
  • Track Social Media posts and engagement on Google Doc
  • Provide weekly report to supervisor on social media status’
  • Provide weekly report to supervisor on Constant Contact email campaigns
  • Track all staff and staff contacts
  • Set up weekly Zoom meeting for supervisor with each Program Director
  • Attend Zoom meeting for programs that are assigned to and take notes
  • Ensure that all COI’s are requested and provided
  • Ensure that coaching contracts are signed and w-2’s are submitted prior to the start of any programming
  • Assist with LeagueApps when needed
  • Create club programs > team invites > rostering
  • Track of all tryouts, tournaments schedules, and programing for assigned Club programs
  • Ensure that programming is being scheduled in alignment with revenue and growth goals provided by supervisor (i.e 4 camps per year)
  • Assist with tournament registration when needed
  • Assist with monitoring Club budgets
  • Team fees are based off of budgets created by supervisor
  • Camp, 3 v 3, Summer Leagues are at proper price point
  • Ensure that programs are ordering their uniforms through Internal Apparel department in accordance with standardized timelines
  • Communicate with program directors on an as needed basis
  • Assist in any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor


  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Communications or like degree required
  • Knowledge of the sports industry is highly preferred
