Operations Supervisor

Summary of Position:

The Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day activities of Next Level Video at the direction of the Vice President of Operations. The Operations Supervisor must excel at delegating tasks and should demonstrate exceptional communication skills. This individual will target specific areas in which the company may improve operational efficiency. This professional will monitor worker productivity as well as implement new directives for growth.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of company mission. Support management reporting, information flow, business processes and organizational planning
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (HR, IT and Finance)
  • Play a significant role in planning operational efficiencies geared towards short term success with a keen eye to long term growth
  • Manage various budgets under the supervision of the Vice President of Operations
  • Invoicing to finance department for payroll and service expenses
  • Organization and reporting of operational documents to respective personnel
  • Regular meetings with leadership around fiscal and logistical planning
  • Conduct weekly and bi-weekly meetings with direct reports
  • Drive initiatives set forth by leadership
  • Oversee and drive the staffing and on-boarding processes for all company employees both full-time and part-time
  • Oversee and coordinate all facets of event preparation

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Event Manager
  • Conducting and overseeing venue set-up and breakdown
  • Overseeing video crews and video equipment, ensuring the recording of quality game film on all required matches
  • Obtaining B-Roll footage

 

 

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position is responsible for leading employees of the division

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Office operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand. Frequency of evening and weekend work will significantly increase during high volume event seasons

Travel:

This position requires frequent travel during event seasons. Most travel is outside the local area and overnight.
