Director of Club Operations:

  • Oversee and help manage all three locations (NH South, NH West & MA)
  • Create master list of tournaments attending for all sites
  • In charge of Master Calendar upkeep
  • Oversite of NH West and MA Site Directors
  • Collaboration of curriculum and coach education with National Coaching Director Allan Law.
  • Oversees budget, facilities, schedules, sales, and staffing for the programs below:

o Skills

o Summer Camps

o Spring Club

o Winter Club

o Fall Youth Program

NH South Site Coordinator:

  • Winter & Spring Club Programs (Organization, schedule, coaches, etc.)
  • In charge of communication for all teams, tournaments, and training schedules updates.

Elite Coach:

  • Coach of Elite Winter and Spring Teams.
  • Coach of National Showcase Teams.

3Step Liaison:

  • Lead Liaison with the following 3Step departments:

o Accounting

o Operations

o Apparel

o Facilities

o Marketing
