We are looking for an innovative, curious and self-motivated individual to join our marketing team in a design role. The Senior Designer’s main responsibilities entail a balanced blend of design principles, creative thinking and superior digital creation skills. This role requires holistic knowledge or marketing initiatives and active communication with fellow teammates and project managers to best promote our brands, extend their visibility and nurture every micro-moment along the digital consumer journey.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on design executions for digital and print (posters and signage) across all sports
  • Guidance, direction and development of creative platforms across multiple mediums
  • Articulate designs decisions
  • Juggle multiple projects at different stages of the workflow
  • Strong ability to balance quality vs quantity on a per project basis
  • Observe and participate in ongoing web, industry, and competitor research and trends.
  • Work closely with the Director on creating marketing content for marketing output such as ad copy and program positioning
  • Support key events and promotions
  • Collaborate in efforts to increase company presence through PR, content ideation, digital marketing initiatives, website reach, and other advertising and marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Duties require a Bachelor’s degree, and 4+ years of experience in a brand setting or agency environment.
  • Sports experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal/presentation)
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to clearly articulate and monitor goals and objectives for cross-functional team
  • Proactive, approachable, able to inspire confidence and enthusiasm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
  • Self-starter who is organized, efficient, assertive with impeccable time management skills
  • Works well under pressure
