3STEP Sports Acquires Elite Lacrosse

ANDOVER, Mass. (September 22, 2023) – 3STEP Sports, the nation’s largest and most impactful youth sports club and event operator, has acquired Elite Lacrosse and Peak Goalie, adding the positional and skills-focused operator to the impressive Lacrosse division.

Founded in 2001, Elite Lacrosse provides boys and girls unique programming opportunities to improve their game through recruiting events, individual sessions, instructional camps, and clinics. Each year over 600 athletes attend the Elite 100 overnight residential camps and showcases, with another 500+ athletes participating in Peak Goalie clinics, the most recognized goalie-specific training program in the sport of lacrosse since 1991.

At the helm is Sean Quirk who brings years of industry knowledge and passion to Elite Lacrosse and Peak Goalie. Quirk served as the Endicott College Men’s Lacrosse Coach from 1998 to 2015 before spending seven years as the Head Coach and General Manager of the Premier Lacrosse League Cannons. Now as an Associate Athletic Director at Endicott College, Quirk’s dedication to athlete success on and off the field is unparalleled.

Elite Lacrosse and Peak Goalie have a strong presence in the New England region, New York, and North Carolina. The Elite 100 Showcases include coaches from 100 of the top Division I, II and III lacrosse programs in the country, providing an unprecedented athlete recruiting opportunity.
