3STEP Sports Acquires One Day Shootouts
ANDOVER, Mass. (April 1, 2024) – 3STEP Sports, the nation’s largest and most impactful youth sports club and event operator, has acquired One Day Shootouts, adding one of the largest Midwest-based basketball operators to its basketball division.
Founded in 2013, One Day Shootouts offers its unique one- and two-day basketball tournaments over 50 weekends annually in Illinois and Wisconsin. One Day Shootouts also operates basketball leagues and events under the Chicago Basketball and USA 3×3 brand names.
At the helm is Ray Glassmann, Founder of One Day Shootouts, who brings experience from a decade in youth sports and former career in e-commerce. A father to two basketball players, Ray founded One Day Shootouts as a hobby in 2013 to provide the best tournament experience to players and has grown the business to serve over 15,000 teams annually.
“We are excited to join 3STEP Sports,” said Glassmann, “3STEP will allow us to continue expanding our offerings throughout the Midwest in more facilities to serve more customers every weekend. We are also excited to partner with 3STEP’s brands and offer our customers new offerings in apparel, streaming, and overnight housing.”
