3STEP Sports Athletes Commit to College Programs Nationwide

Woburn, MA – November 20, 2025 – 3STEP Sports, the largest and most connected youth sports organization, is proud to announce that 734 of its club athletes have committed to compete at the collegiate level across athletic programs nationwide.
3STEP Sports celebrates its 2026 National Signing Day class, with athletes across five club sports committing to Division I, II, and III programs to date. Through a network of competitive clubs, elite events, and national showcases, 3STEP Sports empowers athletes to reach the next level, combining development, competition, and exposure in a connected platform built to support their growth.
“This achievement is a testament to the hard work of our athletes and the foundation built through our clubs and coaching staff, along with opportunities 3STEP provides to compete at the highest levels,” said Chad Gruen, CEO, 3STEP Sports. “When you connect great coaching and consistent development with a modern youth sports infrastructure, you create real pathways of opportunity for young people to grow, compete, and succeed.”
The November signing class spans athletes across 3STEP Sport’s national network of clubs, covering multiple sports and collegiate divisions. Class of 2026 representative totals include:
- Lacrosse: 466 athletes
- Volleyball: 169 athletes
- Soccer: 50 athletes
- Field Hockey: 32 athletes
- Basketball: 17 athletes
3STEP Sports will continue to celebrate the achievements of its 2026 club athletes as they commit to extend their athletic careers throughout the academic year.
